We are looking forward to welcoming you on board and want to make sure we have prepared everything that you will need for a comfortable and pleasant flight.
Allow us to guide you through each stage of your journey with us.
If you require special assistance before, during, and/or after your flight, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance of your flight.
You can request special assistance in one of three ways:
During your flight, our cabin crew members can help you:
Open food packaging
Move around the aircraft
Get on board and/or disembark the aircraft
Assemble and use the onboard wheelchair
Move to and from the lavatory
Stow and/or retrieve carry-on items
Unfortunately, our cabin crew cannot assist you with:
Lifting and/or carrying passengers
Eating and/or drinking
Taking medication
Using the lavatory
Getting up and communicating
You need to be accompanied by a personal care assistant if you require assistance with any of the above.
Please note:
Neither deaf nor blind passengers will be assigned an exit row during the flight.
There is at least one toilet on board every aircraft that is accessible with fitted handles to make it easier to move around - please ask our cabin crew to direct you once you are onboard.
There are additional services which are offered depending on whether you are blind or deaf.
Blind passengers
There are certain services that are offered to blind passengers as standard, including a specific safety briefing with a tactile demonstration of the safety equipment.
Deaf passengers
Deaf passengers will be provided with English subtitles for the safety briefing and all of our in-flight entertainment has subtitles available.
Please note that cabin crew may use the message function in the in-flight entertainment system for communication purposes.
